... was nice enough: shared shower and toilet, sink in the room, modern, clean, hand-shaped chair, but no air con. It was like a sauna. However, we thought we'd worry about that later as daylight was running out and we wanted to make the most of the day, so we raced for the subway to Hollywood/Highland to see the 'Hollywood' letters and walk the 'Walk of Fame.' Round the corner from the subway station is the Main Street where you're hit with various superhero impressionists ...

Such an incredible honour and Ricketts couldn't be prouder. There was lots of tears when the yellow slips were distributed. Whats amazing about it is that you can visit different planets when you go on it again! The first time we went on we visited Kashyyk and Coruscant. The second time we went on we visited Tattoine (Pod Racing) and then on the Death Star.

Disney was a fantastic day we had great fun, we ...

... by the Rock Walk on Sunset Boulevard which has hand prints and signatures of legendary musicians cemented into the floor. Two of my musical idols were there, Carole King and Alanis Morissette, along with all the great rock bands like ACDC, Black Sabbath, and The Cure, plus so many others. A cool little surprise we weren’t expecting to see on our walk to buy food! Ralph’s is a great market; its slogan is even Rock and Roll Ralph’s! There was a sushi sampling lady ...

... something much, much smaller! We speak to the staff again and they point us in the direction of the full size cars instead. We pick a Chevy Impala, which is a similar size to Pete's old car so Jayne is happier with that. We have to ask the staff how to open the boot and they look at us rather strangely, we quickly correct ourselves - its the 'trunk' out here - and they show us. The lady had thought we'd said boat, no wonder she looked at us ...
