Well, today we made beer! Water boiling, adding dextrose, adding the extract syrup, cooling of, putting in a large basket, adding water and yeast, closing and storing at room temperature... done!
The big stress: will fermentation start?? The furst "blub' through the water lock of the basket was a relief! Now wait 10 days for the fermentation to stop, put in saved bottles and seal with caps, wait a few weeks for 2nd fermentation and... ...
