... Usually on Sunday mornings Main Streets are pretty dead. People are either sitting at home, heading to the nearest Walmart or taking their kids to the park. But here, Main Street is the place to be.
It's a heartwarming feeling. I wonder, are these locals, or maybe folks from DC taking a day away from the big city? I'm not sure. It is a reminder, that for American Main Streets to stay alive, you need more than government funding and tax breaks ...

    Hey everyone,

It is just over 10 days until my departure! It's getting so close to the time when I am supposed to leave but there is much left to do. Wish me luck. Hopefully starting on the 18th I will have more exciting things to share than my American stress.

    Hope everyone is doing well!

... was thankfully empty and I had the whole row of seats to myself. Back to reality tomorrow!

So here are my takeaways from my week in Edinburgh:

    - Scotland wasn't high on my must see designations but I'm really glad I came. The city is beautiful and rich with history. If you like seeing an old European city, Edinburgh is a great one to go to. It was also a bonus that most ...
