Oh, that would have been the time to be walking through the doors and hearing the magical music...I would have loved to been in Nashville in the 60 and 70s..

We were relieved to find a HS and it's athletic fields adjoining the hotel property and so we had plenty of nice safe space to walk the dogs. Today was our last day in Nashville. We began with looking at and inside the only full size replica in the world of the Parthenon (in Greece.) It is in a lot better condition than the real one too! It was built for the 100 year celebration of Tennessee's statehood in 1896. It was built along with many other historic buildings such as pyramids etc, all built for the celebration, however the others no longer remain.
