    Such a huge City, roads extremely busy and car parks near impossible to find in the malls, obviously everyone Xmas shopping. Not a tourist orientated place, more the gateway to Mexico, couldn't find much to do We struck a few freezing cold days here but did brave it up the Wyler Tramway Gondola.     ... likely will be a flash flood very close to you and drivers tend to forget how to drive, since it doesn't rain very often here. That being said, into the storm Greg and I headed. It was very heavy for a bit, but with in minutes were came out the other end unscathed! Some time later we saw a rainbow, which usually follows a desert storm.
