The end of our journey is in sight!! We stayed near Detroit on Tuesday night and crossed back into Canada at Sarnia and headed down to Point Pelee - Canada's most southern point before going to Shiela and Rob's last night. Although it is our country's most southerly point, the weather was cold and windy!! Today we are on our way to St Catharines for a quick visit with Grandma ...

... the plane and waited for it to stop raining. Finally, about 1, the rain stopped, so we did the best job we could folding our gear and packing the plane.

We got in the plane and tried to taxi it over the wet grass the 100 yards to the taxiway, but the grass was so slippery that I couldn't turn (small planes use braking on one wheel or the other to steer). We had to hop out and push ...
