We woke up and went upstairs to have some really nice pancakes for breakfast. Then Dad, Chris and I went to Jax and then the lab. Jax was a outdoors store which sold fishing gear and bait which is what we needed to get. We stopped again at the summit and the highlight there was watching the picas. We didn't see them at first and were watching some marmots. But some movement caught our eye and we saw a pica - and then another and another. The best part was theywere literally picking flowers! They would bite off a stem and ...

... way to The Cheesecake Factory!! So many people in Australia have told me to try this place, and I haven’t done it – until now. This place is huge and fairly busy. We’re taken to a booth at the very back of the restaurant and handed a book to read... oh no, wait, it’s a menu. As Betsy ducks to the bathroom, the waitress approaches and I ask her for some recommendations as I’m rather lost. She suggests a few different dishes and they all ...
