This was the roughest part of the trip, not that it was coming to an end but because we had been up for 22 hours. We finally made home at 11:30 pm and as quickly as we could it was into bed. We have been so blessed in many ways and we thank you for allowing us to share them with ...

We have no idea why we got sick and certainly did not want to take any risks in getting sick again. Needless to say the cattle drive was cancelled, we were both pretty gutted about that. We drove back to Dallas in the rain, but as it eased up a little as we got back we decided to go up Reunion tower in downtown Dallas. The views were pretty good considering the weather and it enabled us to get a feel for Dallas and see the sights from one place. It ...

    ... had
landed and made our way to the hire cars we decided that since the Sat Nav was
so good in Toronto we should ask for it here too, even if that meant upgrading
the car to do so, (we also needed Sat Nav to find our way with in the hire car
centre, everything’s big here in Texas).

Well after upgrading all the way to a
“luxury SUV” we found our spanking new car and loaded the bags. It’s a good
    thing I have ...
