      480 miles today from Oakley, KS to Columbia, MO (west of St. Louis). The boys went to dinner at a nearby Hooters, while the grown-ups enjoyed dinner at Bleu Restaurant in the booming metropolis of downtown Columbia, Missouri.

      ... through. I have found that on this trip there are very frequent times that I don't know what state I am in. Like today I drove into Indiana but for about an hour I thought I was still in Ohio. A lot of the times I think this happens because many state lines are on rivers so the "Wecome to ___!" signs aren't as easy to spot. I think it's fun to not have any idea what state I'm in.

      ... the pictures, so I won't list the items here. What was not on the menu but something they are famous for was the onion rings which kept coming on plates as long as we all wanted to keep eating them.
