... heading out to go tubing at Mt Norquay. Unfortunately because of a quick temperature drop the ice had melted and then froze again which means tubes were not stopping, they were just flying straight over the end. ... We walked along the railings looking below at the rushing water and the many waterfalls. The largest one we were able to walk through a hole in the rock and get right up close to which was cool, the sound of the pounding water was almost deafening and you came away lightly misted with water.

We met up in the afternoon with some more family for a round of Frisbee Golf at the Nordic Center in Canmore. It was 18 holes of great fun ...

... in old skis and snowboards and on the deck there were 4 old chair lifts for chairs. Very quaint. I had the wasabi salmon salad and Harry ate a burger. After we checked into the Prestige Waterfront, we drove around Salmon Arm and saw some lovely huge homes.
