... beers to be had and a fun tour guide to share them with. Dinner was at BelAir Cantina. If you're here for any reason, you should go to there. Was the first 1 hour 45 min wait that was worth every minute. It helped that you could wait at neighboring bars and they would text you... oh and that the tacos and tamales were the best I've had. Back the the neighboring bars real quick. One of them all day Thursday ...

When you type 'Milwaukee' into the GPS from Massillon Ohio, you get an estimated 7.5 hours of drive time. Apparently Google has yet to program time warps into the maps app. Not that time matters when you have no job, but let me break something down.

We left at 10am EST, lost an hour due to time zone change, and arrived at 7:45pm Wisconsin time. 10a-7:45p would be 9.75 hours then add in the lost hour and were at 10.75 hours total!?!

    We made it.

Oh yea, we named her Classy J, and she is Charlie's little seester, and we parked her right next to Charlie so he can protect her.....Stayed tuned for adventures of the Classy J...

... roads around the crash site.

Gail knew of a camping spot in El Paso, nooo Nellie not Texas, it is in Illinois. It was behind the local Super 8 Motel. The spot had 30 amp electric only so we were able to watch a little TV and had lights to see by. Total cost for the night was $15.00. We had driven 9 hours and only went 205 miles.

I sure hope accidents and cold are not a harbinger of things to come. All in all it was a good day. ...

... forever, and froze our butts off getting back home. The temperature change was extreme.

Today we dropped some gifts off, picked up Charlie, who we missed like crazy, and then picked up some dinner before coming home. It was so strange for it to be just us two. We had at least 5 other people with us almost all the time for the past week. Minus our showering and sleeping time, we didn't spend much time away from them. It's ...
