    ... syrup too. Yummy. We shared one between the 4 of us. We had some restraint. Oh wait, I forgot the cotton candy. You are right.... No restraint. What a fun evening!

    Several days with Ben and Lisa, Abrionna and Dan (Their daughter and Hubby) and even a bonus visit from the Idaho Falls Bullocks made this a great stay. Good food and a great place to sleep (thanks Lisa and Ben for both) and lots of fun too! A good pit stop and we got some stuff done too..

    ... headed down to Idaho River Sports, about a 10 min drive away. Here there is a lake which locals, swim, paddle board & kayak in. Kate rented a paddle board & I rented a kayak (about 25 usd per hr and then 5 usd per half hour thereafter) it was a lovely couple of hours enjoying the sunshine and paddling around the lake. I tried to stand on Kate's paddle board, but er no.... I didn't have enough balance so got back in my kayak. After a couple of hours on the lake ...
