    ... includes lots of fresh veggies, olives, cheese and fancy breads. This was our dinner tonight. Jeff and I both lost weight on our last cruise because we ate healthy and exercised a lot. On this trip our plan is to not GAIN weight which may be tough for 20 days. Everything you've heard about the availability, quantity and yummieness of cruise ship food is true!

    OK - we're halfway on our air travel journey and everyone's spirits are still high. Traveling with four families, each with two kids - makes for an interesting evening. We boarded our plane at MSP at about 1:30am CT and arrived in Florida at around 6:20a ET.

    Our 4 hour layover in Fort Lauderdale is wearing thin, but we're almost to the next plane - and BAM, Costa Rica baby!!!

    Then off to our little rental Daihatsu's and to Arenal!

    I found my way to my interior cabin, 9159, on Deck 9 near the rear (aft) stairs and elevators. My first impression was positive. This cabin seems more spacious than the one I had aboard my last ship, Norwegian Epic.
