It wasn't the most exciting of rides we have done, although the roads were pretty good. We took an unintended detour due to the GPS and a missed turn so travelled from Missisippi; Florida; back to Mississippi and into Alabama today. The ride was broken up with refuelling; drinks and back on the bike.

... but with a greatly enriched sense of BirmingHAM. We enjoy the scenery as we cruise along the little roads, passing through rich neighbourhoods and then semi-slums. After several hours we decide that we have seen enough, and get back on the motorway. A few short hours later and we roll into Montgomery, AL. Hotel found, we settle down for the night.
