Menu Item: Big Bad Breakfast Skillet with a Buttermilk Pecan Pancake on the side
Notes: I had them leave the Big Bad Bacon out of the skillet and put it on the side so I could taste it by itself. The skillet has ham, sausage, onions, hash, & 3 scrambled eggs all tossed together and topped with cheese.
