On my way back west, I stopped by to see another friend. We shared delicious food and many stories. The winding roads to his place were well worth the extra few hours of time, and Mom and I set out after dark to drive back to Frostburg as long as it took.
In just two weeks I'll be boarding a plane, beginning my trip to Italy. I'm not sure I have ever been this ecstatic--not even for my adventure in Costa Rica this past summer!
