    ... suggested "Perhaps you think them pretty in their symmetrical rows...not one individually stands out". There's certainly something depressingly beautiful in the regularity of the thousands of small white slabs, but I was grateful for the cemetery being split up into different sections rather than being just one vast field. It's easier to not think that for each section of countless graves you see there are a dozen more behind the tree line.
