        ... Temecula I/we connected with I-15north toward LA. I had to make up some time for the 2:30-3pm Radio interview.

        Phil Hulett of radio set up a telephone interview that will air on Friday. Great guy and thanks for the exposure. Again thank you Kelly for setting it up.

        That is it for now. Tomorrow is the Death Valley ride to the ranch at Furnace Creek..

        ... same scenery, at least there's room to stretch out your legs and a different type of seat to mix things up. Then low-and-behold, before I knew it it was dinner time! Dinner was early today - 5.30pm - because they had to have time to clear everything up before getting in to Los Angeles for a 9pm arrival.

        I opted for the chicken, potato and mash, and it was a nice way to end the day. I was super worried that the train had run out of those ...
