We left Sauvignone soon after 09:00 and took the autostrade to Turin and then onwards to Briancon. ... this didn't happen, as strong NE winds set in and stayed for days, so instead we went for beach walks, cycle rides and basically chilled. The sun was out and we were able to still wear shorts but the strong winds didn't shift for days.
