      ... time at the 2 parks (Disneyland & Disney Studios). The kids got to meet a few of the characters, enjoy some fun rides and push their braveness to new extremes with some scary rollercoasters. The best ride would've been Ratatouille at Disney Studios. All 4 of us, wearing 3D glasses, sat in a rat-like-car, and were whisked through various scenes in a kitchen and restaurant pretending to be rats on the run. We also enjoyed meals at ...

      ... currently undergoing some renovation with scaffolding all over it. We moved on to complete our tour back at the Eiffel tower and catch the bus back to our apartment. All in all, we clocked 6.5 miles today and my feet ache. We staying closer to home tomorrow and just chilling.       ... to shoulder working our way through the building, trying to get a few pictures not totally blocked by the back of other people's heads. We toured the gardens and the house occupied by Marie Antoinette, then sat by the pond for awhile enjoying the sunshine.       ... is sustainable only time will tell but no doubt it has been going on at around this rate for more than 20 years, since the collapse of the Soviet Union at least, then it could well be at a constant level. There is certainly still a vast amount of mature pine forest. There is also a good amount of "broadleaf" forest, those lovely deciduous trees that are putting on such a wonderful display of colour at present. L has a passion for these autumn colours.
