Following the game, a tour of Parma showed us another beautiful northern Italy city with an Old Town City Centre. Dinner was arranged by David our driver at a traditional pizzeria – David has been driving for 20 years and has all the connections we need, especially in Italy. Parma is Davida's hometown and he is very proud to show it off.

It appears Italians don't even come ...

Sadly when we turned up there had been some confussion over the time of the tour and we were unable to go in. I had really been looking forward to seeing how it was done by this family and had been communicating with her for a few weeks ...

Had a quick 40 minute train ride to Parma, cute little town, got taxi to place where we were staying as had no WiFi or any means of communicate to let hosts know that we were here. Finally connected and found our place. Very difficult trying to communicate but you get there in the end. Quaint little place and very handy to everything. Had a quick look around, even though we were shattered, it was only 10am in the morning. Not too many around, so had a rest, went ...
