... a cheese tray(parmesan, gorgonzola, etc). and salumi--mixed cold cuts: salami, the prosciutto. And the bread---oh, the bread! We couldn't call it a day without some gelatto to top ourselves off!

This morning we catch a train to Parma--of cheese and prosciutto fame. It's about an hour's ride from Bologna. Our first stop is to find a bar for our cappuccino and croissant--the best way to start the day. We visit the cathedral(every town has one) and see the Parma Baptistry next to the cathedral. ...
