I guess it only rains in Italy.

After the usual breakfast and packing the van, I was off at about 10am to descend from the Col de Turini. I was really looking forward to this, as it is one of the most famous driving roads in the world. Before I departed this morning, a few dozen Porsches (and their owners) descended on our hotel. Day 12 started with everyone departing early to find breakfast in the village - the cost of breakfast was a bit out of line at 12.50 euros. We picked up some fruit at the market and pastry at the bakery and were set to go. Ten of us set off together and enjoyed a series of climbs and descents, although we are getting to the stage of resenting descents since one is just going to have to climb that amount again!!
