... yappy dogs. The stay has not begun favourably. We also learn that the concierge has a particular dislike of labradors. Previous French municipal campsites have been very helpful, this is an exception.

We arrived in Nice at about 9:30am after a 13hour train ride. Although that may sound dreadful it went by pretty quickly. I was so exhausted and sleep deprived I slept through most of it. ... small town in the far distance along the coastal line. Followed by driving into tunnels dugged through mountainous areas. Caution! Do avoid peak hours when driving between towns to avoid being stuck in heavy traffic during weekdays.
