      ... accommodations, so I made my way down the mountain. Instead of taking a bus to the train station, I challenged myself a little and went down the same path I had gone up. When I came across people struggling to make their way up, I gave them a high five and wished them luck! It's too bad I hadn't encountered anyone on my way up...or was it? On a side note, I've made some progress with my TESOL certification, and finished the first unit with a final grade of 87%!! Not too bad. One step closer ...

      ... long train ride. All together it was about a 10 hour journey from Barcelona to Nice which included two layovers/transfers. We had to take a train from Barcelona to Figueres Vilafant and from there hop on another train to Valence where we had about 20 minutes to buy our actual ticket to Nice and get on the train before we were left behind.
