... as it says you do get wet. I couldn't believe that some people were donning ponchos to avoid getting wet. We went on it and got a good soaking.

We saw one ride that was about flying over the USA. Wasn't much off a line so we went on it, not expecting much. They strap you into these chairs, about 20 in a row and you lift up and then forward into a massive curved screen, so all you see is screen. It was amazing, it really felt ...

Avalon, Catalina Island

Another early start on the road by 8.00am, today's destination Catalina Island via catamaran. It doesn't sit too well in my stomach. So i digest for a bit until I take myself to the gym. On the way to the gym I side track to investigate the nearby mountains. Corona is at the foot of a mountain range that just springs out of the flat valley floor. It appears to ...

... it was Martin Luther King Jr Holiday on Monday.

Disneyland was chocca on Monday but after a minor hiccup (read the fine print on your tickets folks!) the happiest place on Earth let us in! It got busier as the day went on but we did all the things we wanted too and headed back to the hotel mid afternoon. Celyn wasn't feeling great so he slept most of the afternoon and didn't even come out for dinner. Gary, Riley and ...
