... of my life. The road was extremely icy so I had to keep my speed well down. However, unlike yesterday and this morning where I seemed rather worried about ice and snow I was now so use to it all that it simply did not seem to worry me anymore. I hit ice on a number of occasions and simply let the bike make its own way over it. So long as it’s a straight bit of road there's no worry but on a curve it can be deadly and that is why extreme caution is required.

Soon I was back to about 1000m altitude and the white stuff had gone and the warm sunshine had warmed the air temp to a wonderful 12 Celsius. The road was now perfectly dry and was great for riding on. I flew along keeping up with the other cars well above the speed limit as they all seem to do here in Italy. At this rate I would be at the Dolomites in no time at all..............or so I thought!!

... is becoming a bad wizard...I know I'm 31 already but since I saw this mountain this what I think about them - bad wizards...wa hah ha ha ha!!! After a few minutes the landscape changed to a green forest, I felt safe...I did the hard part!!! ... small villages that looked like a perfect picture, so beautiful, so organic and harmounus....how they do such a vernacular architecture that look so good, in Israel we also have vernacular architecture but it looks ugly...closed balconies, outside plumbing...
