... ladies, who while they didn't speak English, did very well at communicating with us. It's pretty amazing what can be accomplished with hand gestures and a few words. I filled out a form they had for me in English, and then they copied what I wrote in the spaces from the English form to the Italian form so they could read it. ... I had left Brittany. She had gone ahead and got her massage and ever so sweetly changed mine to later that afternoon. I just got changed, did the routine and waited for her in the turkish bath hot tub.

We spent the majority of the day lounging by the pool and did the routine later on in the afternoon once it had started to cool off. The spa was at the top of the mountain, so we found it did get cooler up there before the other places on the resort. It did make for some pretty spectacular views though!

... to airplane chairs, but spread out. Originally we thought we had really hit the jackpot, but after a couple of hours, all the families with children poured in. These children were unhappy too screaming and crying, which of course agitated the puppy that was in the seats a few rows behind us. ... a mountain of Nutella you could imagine my surprise and to be honest shock! Waffle was nowhere to be seen as it was covered in the equivalent of an entire tub of Nutella, chocolate sauce...AND chocolate gelati. I think there was enough sugar there to surely kill a diabetic.
