... I walked the terminal twice. The rain changed to snow. Our flight boarded on time for our 4:15 departure to Paris. Then we waited and waited to be cleared by air traffic control, hoping that we would not be delayed too long. We only had an hour and a half lay over for our flight from Paris to Casablanca. At 7 PM we were de-iced and moving to the runway. Note to self, leave one day ahead of ...

... I would much rather have to sit around and drink a couple of coffees than be running late. Onto the Internet and Stephen discovers that the terrorists from the shooting two days ago have been surrounded by Police in a town 20km from here. On the news feed it suggested that flights might be cancelled but then it said that pilots are altering their flight paths accordingly - whatever that means. Sitting in the airport there was no mention or indication of ...

We have a little over 1/2 hour between trains to make the connection going to and from Calais when we go to England and we wanted to check it out ahead of time. It is doable if you can avoid the ticket machines that are clogged up with tourists who don’t know what ...

(Ruby) We stayed on an island called Ile-de-re for 6 nights. We went on too much bike rides and the longest one was 17 miles. We went to a lighthouse and climbed up lots of steps there were 268. We could see the whole island and the mainland and the sea. We had a Mr Whippy ice cream, I had raspberry and caramel because Lily and I kept swapping around. The twins had caramel, mummy had chocolate and daddy had pamplemousse which is grapefruit. We ...

... We just might make it after all!

They fed us a meal not long after we took off, which was ok but not all that great. We should have stockpiled food because they did not feed us again until about 8 hours later...and we were both pretty darned hungry by then! I wasn't very impressed with the Air France service, would only choose to fly them again if I had to in order to avoid ...
