    ... heading downstairs for a snack and refreshments. We’ve had the same hotel attendant here for two nights who is very good at his job and has helped us with booking today’s adventure as well as printing out boarding passes for tomorrow night’s dinner cruise, following our visit to the United Nations, located on the site of the former League of Nations.
    In honor of our dinner snack, it’s a wrap!

    ... hours we had a baguette, then walked 1hr down the mountain back to camp. In the afternoon we went to Chamonix and booked a guided tour for some hiking and mixed climbing up at Aiguille du Midi tomorrow morning. So excited!!     ... Perfect for a wintery summers day :) Since we were close we decided to walk to Switzerland! It was a 30min trail through the woods. We bought some Swiss chocolate, then jumped on the train back to Argentiere. It was still raining!!     ... at my brother's wedding a few years ago, in the best possible way.

    And then on the Sunday we took advantage of the location. Katrina and I rode the ski lift up to the top of the mountain - something much more disconcerting when there's a fifty foot drop onto a concrete carpark rather than lovely soft looking snow.
