... the international work atmosphere was great. Following our great tour we went to Vevey, a beautiful indescribable city. We got a short break for lunch here. A few of the peers and I walked around found a restaurant and headed in with 20 minutes until we had to be back on the bus. We got up at a good time this day and took the tour bus to the French Alps to Mont Blanc to go see Aguille du Midi. This was an open day where we could all go off and see and take pictures of what we wanted. I think this was the first time that a lot of the students where ever up so high at such an altitude and all were very excited. After this we traveled on the tour bus to Vevey Switzerland which was a very enjoyable ride where we traveled along the coastline and saw great sights of vineyards, mountains and coastal waters. And then on the Sunday we took advantage of the location. Katrina and I rode the ski lift up to the top of the mountain - something much more disconcerting when there's a fifty foot drop onto a concrete carpark rather than lovely soft looking snow. Apart from a bunch of mountain bikers we had the place to ourselves, and it was a lovely day.
