    ... They are doing the Gorge du Tarn, as are we. We will see them in Florac for lunch. See them a bit more through the morning but when we get to Florac, we cant find them or anywhere that is open for lunch. By sheer fluke, having been around and up and down we came to a dead end street, and as we are turning around at the end saw their bikes in a square. Found them in a restaurant.     I don't think we realized that we needed a chance to slow things down a bit. Our gracious hosts presented us with the option of extending our stay in the beautiful mountains by three days. We didn't require much convincing. Mike contacted the car rental company and cancelled a 1 star "Budget Plus" hotel that we had reserved in Avignon.

    ... tunnels. But for today it was a relatively easy drive to our campsite at Le Rozier, so named as monks used to cultivate roses in the area. The site is surrounded by very tall peaks all of which seem to have a cross built on the summit and appears to be full of tents of walkers and climbers, so we feel a little out of place.
