We treated ourselves to some local French cheese today, so cut that up with some baguette, got a cold beer and admired the vista. This is the good ...

If you’ve been reading some of my posts since we arrived in Chamonix, you’ll be under the impression that this is a pretty fine place to train for an Ironman. The cycling is challenging, the running tracks in the valley are superb, and they also have a fantastic pool right in the centre of town.
