    ... we belong! At last out to Lido’s again for dinner (not too much choice here!) and another good dinner and nice talkative people. They gave us a free dessert for birthday and we had a peanut butter chocolate pie that was excellent-as good as the one I make! A busy and fun day.

    ... bang and it is flat! He waked home, we took car and delivered it to Jerry who had fixed the other one and now he will do this one. Vicky sent us home with some Polish spaghetti sauce-can’t wait to use it. Then we stopped at the rec hall for some pool.     This morning I got up at about six. I noticed immediately that my left foot was sore. Kind of a bruised feeling. I decided to 'walk it off" and began a walk through the park in the early cool air. I didn't get very far and it seemed to worsen...no, it did actually feel worse. So, remembering my running days, I got out the ice and iced her down. Not much help, but it did kill the pain a bit.
