      ... I saw people walking around with plates of mustard so I set out to find this booth. I turned out to be a small mustard truck from the Maille company. They were giving out free sample tasting plates so I got in line. The plate came with five different types of mustard, a long pretzel, and a cornichon. I decided to tear off pieces from my brioche roll to dip in the mustard. I don't consider myself a mustard connoisseur, but that was some rather delicious mustard! ...

      ... Center building. It looks even more impressive now that it is almost finished, although there is an awful lot more finishing off work to be done at ground level.

      The journey north to our hotel (just outside Yonkers) was uneventful, and we finally got to there at 5pm (EDT). Not really fancying going out to eat (as were absolutely knackered) we had some crisps and oreos from the hotel's snack bar before getting an early night.

After this the group split up to do their own things, where we headed across the river to the Brooklyn flea markets.
