We get a table and there is a breakfast buffet sort of. If you want something cooked you can get it for extra. We just choose to go with the buffet and without anything cooked. We took a light dinner at Creperie du Couesnon in nearby Pontorson that include some local cider (cidre) that is a regional specialty. We both had a "savory" galette and one sweet crepe for dinner. Both yummy and inexpensive. (See pics.) Then it was back to the Auberge for some blogging and the end of day seven.

After La Monte St Michel, we drove some 65 miles to ...

... recommendations. As it turned out, Le Cantorbery welcomed everyone, from well-healed locals and tourists, to the shorts attired variety like ourselves. We had a pricey but very good poisson dinner. I had some kind of white fish in a delicious light creamy sauce with julienne vegetables, and Doug had something similar to a Haupuka steak in a balsamic sauce. We shared an amazing strawberry shortcake-type dessert which deserved a photo ...

... old to be an arrogant egotistical iron man wannabe who thinks he's invincible. The port has sandwiches which are stale. St Malo crossing would have been better in hindsight. And stay on the site as long as possible. 2 weeks in a tent with the same four people will take its toll on the kids as well as ...
