    Every year Toronto hosts the 'Doors Open' event when many historical, public, architectural, and religious buildings are opened for free admission to the public. I had only been once before in 2008 when I visited many of the buildings clustered around the downtown core where I was living at the time.

    ... labor. Between the new baby and us bouncing around between friends and family, it has been a busy week.     Finding my way to the Air Canada check-in , I rolled my bag up to one of the automated check in machines and reached to take off my back pack. To my horrified surprise it wasn’t there!!! Reaching back several times as if I could somehow have missed it on the first pass, it dawned on me that I had left the back pack on the express bus!
