It consisted of Crispy Pork Belly, Pork Terrine, Roasted Pork Knuckle, Haus-Made Sausages, Schnitzel, Sauerkraut, Red Cabbage, Creamy Mash, Granny Smith Apple Compote, and Lowenbrau Bier Jus.       Our hosts had to go to the other side of Brissy (note how easy the familiarity has slipped in) and we thought it would be an opportunity to see more of the city.       ... before returning to the beginning. We had lunch in one of the eateries then heading to Rebecca ( Owen and Margaret daughter) and Noel's home. Glen, Ben, their boys Finn and Marcus, Claire Marie and Owen met us there with Jo and Margaret. We had a tasty afternoon tea and loads of conversation.
