The Friendly Confines of Beautiful Wrigley Field
So today I am going to see the first of two Cubs games. It's a night game, the day will be spent in housekeeping functions. As I am on the road for over a month, it is necessary to take care of these things from time to time. Left early for the ballpark as I remembered the traffic from yesterday. Traffic a little better ...
It's the Batman
... Great view of city and beyond but all these lookouts are starting to look all the same to me. lol. So maybe not appreciated as much as I should have. Then we went to millennium and grant park to have a wonder around there. Millennium had a silver bean structure which look really nice. All washed down with some Italian wine and beer, coffee and a Limoncello. ...

After the game we went to one of the bars close to the ballpark. For some reason, I can't remember the name. The bar was packed and there was a cool guitarist/singer there entertaining the crowd. They also had a promotion happening for Batch 19 (a Coors Beer) and we
made friends with the promo guy, got a few free samples and a t-shirt
each - we liked this pub!
