    We arrived in Weifang in cold rain and snow and were welcomed by HM's friend Fan Yun, a master leaf and paper cutter who spent several weeks in Columbia last fall.     Weifang is a medium sized city in Shandong Province but more was happening there this weekend than I could have imagined! We were so thoroughly hosted and toured from the moment we arrived that I can not even tell you the name of the hotel where we barely slept for 2 nights.
