... the hotel and 6 of us tourists, 3 Aussies, 6 London girls went away from Dubai to a National oark of 288,000acres. On entry to the park there was a long line of vehicles drivers releasing air from the tyres, then there were two convoys trailing up and over and around sand dunes. I can relate it to the big dipper. ... the train and head in the opposite direction from our hotel, hop of at stop 36 and have a wander near the beach and then hop back on and go back to our hotel, so that's what we did. The train was great and the boys loved staring out the window at all the high buildings and spotting the rich and fancy cars driving on the road below. We finally hoped off only to find ourselves on a street having no clue where to go. Thanks to some very helpful fellow tourists they ...

... quickest way across the creek. Sheikh Randan Al Maktoum's House - The grandfather of the current ruler and a previously ruler of the UAE, his house contained a mixture of paintings, coins, stamps and artefacts important to development of Dubai. This was actually far more informative than the Dubai Museum. It was a very busy day which ended with a 6km run in the Gym, it is so important to me to keep active and I will take all opportunities ...
