    ... something I'd not had before and something totally American. So biscuits and gravy it was. So the biscuits are basically a savoury scone and the gravy is kind of like a cheesy white sauce.     ... grab some "Japanese" food from one of the food outlets before catching the shuttle back to the hotel.
    The locals live up to the old saying that everything is bigger in Texas. The area is spaced out with many large scale buildings.
    After a quiet drink its back to our room to freshen up after more than 25 hours.
    Tomorrow we head out to see some more shops so i am again excited.
