... just say after looking at walrus for weeks, little Harper looked like the cutest thing. She is actually really cute though even w/ out the relative comparison.

Glacier Bay
Very cold drizzly day. We went on deck several times to see glaciers, but it was fogged in until late in the afternoon when we were finally able to see them. Stood out in the drizzle and viewed Marjorie glacier and saw several calvings (pieces breaking off.) It's quite spectacular to see the calving. That's what everyone waits for.

College Fjord
Today was another day at sea. Until mid-afternoon we were out in open water without much to look at. Emily spent time at the teen center and we re-packed. After lunch I did a 5K walk "On Deck for the Cure" which is a Princess Cruises fundraiser for the Susan G Komen Foundation. I walked the entire distance with a woman from Denver and we had an enjoyable time chatting.

Today was a long day (10 hours) of riding on a train from Denali to Whittier. Even though the scenery was nice it got to be a very long ride however it ended with us going through a couple of very long tunnels and upon exiting the last one we saw our cruise ship. Alaskan Ferry boarding
... as they have cancellations. As it turned out, we did get a cabin once we got on board. We were lucky! If we hadn't gotten a cabin we would have had to "camp out" on the deck which a lot of travelers do and we would have; however, we are glad to have the cabin to sleep! The cabin has 4 bunks, sink, toilet and shower! Guess who got the top bunks?
