... Erica, our house sitter, stopped and spent the night, to review our notes. Everything was cool. Exhausted, we retired early to be rested for the long upcoming day.

Monday [October 5th - DAY 1] we were up at 5:30am to be ready to leave the house at 7:45am. Only a few minutes late, we picked up Jack & Brenda and were off to the Rochester Airport. Arriving at 10am, we dropped the rental off and made our way to ...

We arrived in Cape Vincent early, which allowed us to cycle around. We went to the lighthouse a few miles away before going to our hosts, Melissa and Artemis and their two ...

Heading North again. From Utica, we cycled to Pulaski, which was about 100km. Very hilly. We are, however, slowly feeling the product of our hard work: sores are not as painful and our legs are getting stronger. Hills are starting to look more like hills rather than mountains now, which is good. In Pulaski, we stayed at Lou and Kit's house, two teachers who welcome cyclists very often. They cooked us a delicious meal and were very ...

... Our river cruise reminded us of the one we took in June on Lake Tahoe because of the lovely scenery but thankfully, Tim was not annoying like the Tahoe guide.

    At the ...
