... local lady who SPOKE SOME ENGLISH... and had the same stick shift as our car... she gets into the car to put it in reverse ( meanwhile 2 more cars come from the other direction going slowly... the lady gets the VW turned around and we follow her to our turn off...No words spoken .. mom and I know that "someone" was looking after us ( plus the 8 bottles of Holy Water " from the Vatican in our suitcase probably helped too! We honk several times ...
... not much interesting. I've seen so many Catholic Churches in the UK and other European countries. So I'm not interested in how amazingly big the church is or details are. Because its almost same for me. But better than nothing as always. So started to go and see them in Bologna. ... there were no hassles at all! My friend Luca, picked me up from the airport past midnight. It wasn't too long a drive to the city centre. I dropped my stuff at the apartment -- all to myself -- and quickly headed out for drinks and very late dinner. It is not uncommon in Italy. There were plenty of places open at past 2AM.
