    ... the hotel cleared away the breakfast things that they had put out for us an hour earlier.....and we hadn't even started breakfast yet! The waiter says to Bob..... "you a finished yetta?" - Bob exclaims....... "we notta evena starteda yetta you imbasillic cretin!" (he didn't really say that .... but it's what he thought and it makes the blog more fun!

    Well (you guessed it), Bob was petrified at the thought of visiting Pompeii...and ...

    ... Why do we find this so beautiful?, I think it is the mix of pastel colours mixed together, the structures of the houses, a guess in a way it looks like a mountain built of houses they are all uniform as they are a common shape yet all sizes and colours, everything fits together, there are no gaps and nothing looks out of place.

    ... attendant looks like an old " Paul Hogan " minus a tooth or two he he. He tells us we can swim and relax but I test the sea it's s bit chilly but we are going to jump in tomorrow. The town is alive with people cars bikes and dogs. We find a little family run restaurant for dinner .. Off the beaten track was gorgeous food and service.. Walking back to the hotels , the crowds have thinned out but still lots people around, We need to sleep and dream about our room lol Goodnight ...
