... but thought I would follow the crowd). Spotted a sports store as soon as I walked in, and headed for it – Spent nearly an hour perusing all the merchandise. Love the range you can get over hear for running – especially cross country as it is really big in Europe. But I resisted and did not purchase anything.

... down and put our hands at our sides and they touched us on each shoulder lightly with a wooden sword. It would hurt if it was a metal one. Mummy says this is how you get knighted, but I didn't know that because Ardern didn't tell me what they were saying.

After that we got a certificate rolled up and tied with string. This is in French but Mummy says that the certificate says I am a knight!

On the way home we had an icecream. It was a fun day

On our way back to Switzerland, we stayed in the capital of Burgundy, the city of Beaune. We rode about 495 kms in total this day, with mostly highway riding.

We went into the city center for a glass of wine and dinner. The centre is quite interesting, with many wine bars and restaurants.

The wine we had was good, but we needed more time to really get an appreciation of the local wines.

... historic sites. The town is filled with wine lovers wanting to taste Pinot Noir and C******nay grapes. The town has an impressive and fairly intact outer wall. Inside are a lot of wine shops and restaurants. We had a pleasant dinner sitting outside at a restaurant between two pedestrian lanes. It was great people watching. Red pants are really in....
