    ... backed up by hotel staff) to Ristorante Stella but in truth you could go to any of about six places here and you wouldn't be disappointed. Eating dinner in this setting watching the sunset, great company - amazing. I'm so lucky. Shabbat shalom

    We checked into our hotel out (yet another palace) the largest hotel in Como. Great views of the lake. Once we had a map we were off. Today was definitely cooler but pleasant to get around.

    ... the launderette and washed while we ate! Had rustic liver pate to start, wonderful lamb with a marsala sauce and creme caramel for afters. Neil had salad to start, steak for main meal and strawberry gelati with berry sauce for his. Plenty of wine flowing which we didn't expect. Finished lunch by 9.00 pm picked up our laundry on the way back to the hotel. Fell into bed exhausted!

    ... what it's called. I guess buffalo mozzarella is the only real mozzarella, and mozza made from cow's milk is called fiore di latte - the same as Mike's favorite flavour of gelato. Isn't life just one big circle. :)
