... it could quite easily be the white line down the centre of the road......since I really couldn't see the hand on the end of my arm...until a car came..... Lets just say that we made it, and no-one was killed, but it was a damn-sight more dangerous than our trip along the "white roads"..... As I said, that camp was "Basicsville" so no wifi at all.... Not even crook wifi..... So I will have to post this another day, and will also try to get some photies up too. Bon soir mes amies Les ...

Well we got here and it was a bit of a disappointment compared to Nice. Much more commercial but the main shopping street wasn't that impressive. The beach was much better but really packed and sooo many boats docked in the bay!

Then we went down to the beach and had an amazing lunch at the Beach Club bar. I had a martini in a really cool glass and Joe had a Jack Daniels! So relaxing.

Sad to leave Monte Carlo we headed off to Saint-Tropez along the coastal road, suddenly the pace of life increased, a beautiful road but bumper to bumper and the closer to St Tropez the busier it got. ... ordered a cake at the last minute - they weren't certain they could accommodate this request, but with grace and style, the chef came through! The coffee chocolate torte was divine!!!

After dinner we had cocktails at the Insignia lounge and "enjoyed" the show. Oceania is known for many things, but entertainment is NOT one of them. That's all I have to say about that!

Another late night, off to bed for tomorrow we arrive in ...
