Awaking every morning in a new city is so much fun, and we are sad to think that our cruise will be over in two more days. In any event, we slept until 9am, and awoke to another beautiful, sunny morning. There is no dock for larger ships in St. Tropez, so we took a tender in to the main harbor and then grabbed a taxi up to the main beach area — called Pamplone.

A few years ago I was out on a boat with a couple girl friends on Lake Grapevine. I won't name names, but you know who you are. ... Jenny didnt come with all those steps and un even ground. Upon our return trip, we were blown away to see the 6 km traffic jam heading into St Tropez....Thank you Lonely Planet for your helpful advice.
When we returned to the Hotel, the nurse had been so the afternoon was spent by the inviting pool at the Hotel and we even managed to get Jenny down there to enjoy some of the Riviera sun.
