... 8211; A new week begins. Kids dropped off to school
for a full day by Toni with the promise of Toulouse sausage for lunch at the
canteen, we will see. As arranged Toni meet up with Heidi one of the parents
from school who has Alexian in Corban's class and brought her home for coffee
with the aim of speaking a little French. Toni arrived home with Heidi. We had morning
tea had with a little French being spoken, maybe more next time. Toni and Tony

... was steep and very hot but so worth it. The caves have the most beautiful rock formations I have seen in any cave. The best part was having the caves to ourselves in the most part as the sensible French had gone to lunch! Next up we should have walked round a museum at Le Mas Souberyran but decided against it and headed down to the vibrant town of Anduze and home. ... 29th – Electric beater and stick whizz purchased from Casino to make the pav by Toni and Tony. Maddi with support from Mum made a very successful pavlova whilst Corban and Dad went off to rugby practise.
Thursday 30th – Toni ventured out for her first Ladies lunch at La Dome with a group of ladies from the online Facebook Long Duck Ladies, she took the tram in to town to Place de la Comedie and then walked to the venue and was first there. A total ...

Because the water was running downhill at such a speed when it was filling up at times Tony needed to have the throttle almost down full just to keep the boat in the same spot supporting the rope holders otherwise it quite quickly would have slammed back into the boat behind us in the lock.
