On the way back to the car we stood in the fountain in the middle of the square it was so good.
Then I was really sad because I wanted to swim at the beach but there were no car parks anywhere so we had to go home as it was tea time and we needed an early night to go for our last dark bike ride in the morning. I was so tired I went straight to sleep
... the Romans were able to complete this project which delivered water a distance of over 50 kms to the city of Nimes. Much of the water was used to supply the many very large public baths popular at the time. Back in Nimes we had just enough time to catch the train to the beach. Quite the deal! grumbles which was lovely. Maddi was
dropped back to school after lunch for the afternoon. They came home pretty
happy after school – delivered their thank you goodies to each class teacher
and the French teacher along with HJ the art teacher. School is in complete wind down mode so lots
of movies being watched and fun being had.

... Toni and Tony had to be at Agde by 11ish Maddi stepped up and looked after Corban for us while we headed away. It must be said that the safety of the kids is paramount to the carers and coaches of the team so you know they are well looked after, however for the safety conscious Tony and Toni leaving our babies alone in France even under the watchful eyes of the Montpellier Herault Rugby management and coaches was stressful.
