On the way back we had a little mishap with the train when it stopped at some random train station and we were forced to get off. I don't know how the train system works so bad here at times, but we were lucky enough to catch another train to Bordeaux soon after and still make it on our next train. At Bordeaux we got macarons (I got pistachio and nutella) and I reminisced about the days I lived there. It was a great weekend.

We also found a massive chocolate and nougart shop near us where Tom bought himself a big slab of white nougat and i resisted buying a slab of the delicious chocolate! We woke up to a yucky wet day with a howling wind. Minh-Yen was sleeping up top which only has canvas sides and made the howling wind really loud. I kept waking up from down below and I can only imagine how it would have woken her up! The whole van was rocking all night long and none of us woke up feeling particularly well rested.
