    ... valley to a trailhead I learned about on a little map the park ranger had given me. I aimed to hike to the top of Swift Current Pass because it seemed like you could get a pretty stellar view of the surrounding area. The trail leading up to the pass went by several lakes and waterfalls teeming with wildlife.

    My travel day home was a bit of milk run but I arrived home to Calgary safe and sound 1/2 earlier than schedule due to a tail wind.

    A few notes to remember for next years travel home planning. ,I took Silverwings Air from Freeport to Fort Lauderdale it's a small plan and does this 30 min. trip many times a day that's a good thing, this is the Bahama's so that is key note they are really laid back and apparently almost ...

    Food on the plane was first rate, both for a late supper and breakfast. A free (small) bottle of red wine too, that was of very acceptable quality. We arrived at Heathrow about noon on Jan 1st but they kept the window shades closed so it seed like night until the very last part of the flight.
