The Bull Fight
Sunday was a busy day for us. We were excited because it was a holiday weekend for Spain, which meant that we didnt have classes on Monday. Therefore, we walked to the Plaza De Toroes where there a bull fight. I was excited during the bull fight because it was a new cultural experience; however, I didnt like the fact that they killed the bull at the end of the fight. There were six different bull fights. Beautiful town, no so beautiful food,..
... two pieces of tiny clams. And the lagostine on top was the size of a small cockroach. And to top it all off, the ice cream that came with my menu, was served in a paper cup. Luckily we were not that hungry, and the food was cheap. We had a good laugh about this 'food' and left with a smile. We walked around the evening town for a bit before heading back to the hotel for a marvelous night of sleep. Tomorrow we will visit Portugal. Bon Noite.

... the disadvantages and maltreatment stemming from the color of their skin. I guess one positive thing that has come from this is the camaraderie I now feel for people of African decent across the globe. Our struggle is one in the same.

Primer Día de Clase
... a mile only to be turned around and told that the building you're looking for is directly behind your dormitory, "es no bueno." Nonetheless, we found our classroom, met our profesoras and ended the school day well.
