The first 1 was called turtle crossing, and it seemed like it was called that for a reason, as you would need to be a turtle to get to the campground from the road, unless you had a boat.     ... through Estevan where we stopped for our Timmies, then just as we left we we clocked our our car to 60,000km!!!!!     We picnicked at a rest stop along Highway 1; the rest stop was a dirt road that widened into road-side parking near some picnic tables and a men's & women's "washroom". It was very nice with a thick stand of tall pines along the roadside. It was unusual to see a tank-type truck back up to the washroom, lower a hose into a hatch alongside the washroom and start pumping. Apparently the soil here doesn't perk ...
