Ashley and I have been awake for around 26 hours now and counting! It was impossible to sleep on the plane, so as you can probably imagine we are feeling very jet lagged.

Buen día!

After over 24 hours with no sleep, coffee is my only hero. But exhaustion isn't going to slow us down! We just checked into our hotel in Madrid for the night and the group is about to go shopping.

March 2nd:
1) man attempted to carry beer through security...we felt slightly more intelligent
2) watched three movies, two tv shows and ate two meals.... 11 hour airplane ride=success

    Great location, best value for money and welcome cocktails:) no breakfast, but Starbucks in the next building, and it's Madrid - no way to stay hungry in that city!
